A 92-container international shipment with seasonal retail goods valued at $4,800,000 was completely reworked, resulting in a 90% recovery for the insurance company and preventing significant product outage of customers supply chain.

A 35-container international shipment of retail goods was improperly manufactured overseas, and valued at $2,500.000. With clear specifications by the customer, a LEAN assembly line was set-up to correct the deficiency, then repackage. All were shipped to the customer with 100% acceptance, reducing the claim by 80%.

A truckload of electronic components being shipped to the assembler was dropped; however, there was no apparent physical damage. Based on the manufacturer’s specifications, and extensive engineering research, an approved test method was developed to functionally test each of 2,200 devices based on objective performance criteria.
